These terms apply to every order placed on augustinholy.com. Please read them before buying.

Prices and VAT
All prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include Swedish VAT. Shipping is added at checkout and is always shown to you before you confirm your order. The total you see on the final checkout screen is the total you pay us.
Placing an order
When you complete checkout you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or a price was shown incorrectly through an obvious error, we may decline the order and will refund you in full.
Payment
Payments are handled by two processors, and you choose which at checkout. Stripe handles card (Visa and Mastercard), Klarna and Link. PayPal handles PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and a number of European bank methods (iDEAL, Bancontact, Blik, EPS, Przelewy24, Trustly, MyBank and Multibanco). Card and account details are entered on the processor’s own secure form; this shop never sees or stores your card number.
Delivery
We ship to Sweden, the EU and EEA, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and Australia. Shipping rates and free-shipping thresholds are listed on the Shipping Information page. Orders delivered outside the EU may attract customs or import charges, which are paid by the recipient.
Your right to cancel
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel it, for any reason, and a further 14 days to return the goods. The full procedure is set out in our Refund and Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
Faulty or incorrect goods
If goods are faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping. This is in addition to your right to cancel.
Product information
Product descriptions, measurements and materials are published as supplied to us by our supplier. Colours can appear differently between screens. We do not make claims about origin, fabric composition or production conditions beyond what our supplier states.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your password confidential. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used it. You can close your account at any time by emailing us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your own country of residence.
If something goes wrong, please contact us first – most problems are settled quickly by email. If we cannot agree, you can take the matter free of charge to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, arn.se. We follow ARN’s recommendations. Consumers elsewhere in the EU can also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
Cookies and personal data
Our use of cookies is set out on the Cookies Policy page, and our handling of personal data on the Privacy Policy page.
If the shop closes
If we stop trading we will stop accepting new orders immediately and publish a notice on this site. Every order already paid for will be delivered or refunded in full, and any open return or complaint will be settled before we close. Your rights on orders placed before closure are not affected.
