This page explains what cookies Augustin Holy Shop uses, what each one is for, and how you can control them. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more generally.

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store. It lets the site remember things between page loads – for example, what is in your basket, or that you are signed in. Some related technologies (local storage, session storage) work in a similar way and are covered by this policy too.

What we do not do

We do not use advertising cookies. We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel or any comparable tracking script, and we do not sell or share your browsing behaviour with advertisers. At the time of writing, the only third-party scripts this site loads are our newsletter form and our page-builder’s asset library.

Strictly necessary cookies

These are required for the shop to work. Without them the basket, checkout and sign-in cannot function, so they are set without asking for consent – which the ePrivacy rules allow for cookies that are strictly necessary to deliver a service you asked for.

Functional cookies

These are not essential, but they make the shop more convenient.

CookieSet byPurposeTypical lifetime

_lscache_varyLiteSpeed CacheServes you the correct cached version of a page (for example, signed in vs signed out)Session

Payments and Stripe

Card details are entered on Stripe’s own payment form, not ours. Stripe sets its own cookies to detect fraud and to keep your payment session secure. This shop never sees or stores your card number. Stripe’s own privacy information is published at stripe.com/privacy.

How to control cookies

Every major browser lets you see the cookies a site has set, delete them, and block future ones – usually under Settings → Privacy. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop the basket and checkout from working, so you would not be able to place an order. Clearing cookies will empty your basket and sign you out.

Changes to this policy

If we add a cookie – for example if we start using analytics – we will update this page and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before that cookie is set.
