Delivery time
Delivery time depends on the item and the destination. We do not publish fixed delivery estimates, because doing so would mean guessing. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched, and you can follow your parcel at any time from the Track Order page.
Customs and import charges
Orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
